3. Refund Process
3.1 Submission of Refund Request
- Submit refund request via email to refunds@jsontrans.com
- Include your account details and reason for refund
- Provide supporting documentation if applicable
- Requests must be submitted within 30 days of charge
3.2 Refund Review Process
- Initial review within 5 business days
- Additional investigation may take up to 14 days
- Written notification of decision
- Refunds processed through original payment method
4. Refund Timeframes
4.1 Processing Times
- Approved refunds processed within 5-10 business days
- Credit card refunds: 3-5 business days
- Bank transfer refunds: 5-10 business days
- PayPal refunds: Immediate to 24 hours
4.2 Prorated Refunds
For monthly subscriptions, refunds are calculated on a prorated basis, minus any used API credits or service consumption.
